Miles has been known for his creative vision and dedication to safety and aesthetics in all of his building designs for the past 25 plus years. He has a hand in designing buildings for individual residences as well as commercial work spaces. His designs emphasize maximum utilization of space, taking into account the placement of the sun in order to maximize aesthetic appeal and decrease energy consumption. His designs implement the newest and most innovative in engineered materials to minimize the impact on the environment while also decreasing operational costs.

Miles began his career in architecture as a college student at Aalto university School of Arts,Design and Architecture , where he analyzed the cost of the materials as well as the load capacity of different materials in order to come up with the best combination of strength and value to stay within the budget while also fulfilling the needs of a client. After that experience , Miles obtained his Masters in engineering in Architecture from university of British Columbia in Canada, where he graduated with a 3.90GPA. He went to work for Architectural design firms , where he was responsible for checking the blueprints and verifying the calculations in order to ensure that construction was feasible

Miles was promoted to senior at Architectural design firm in the late 90s , and began taking larger projects, such as designing the whole building and complexes. Miles demonstrated a keen eye for detail and for flexibility, designing his buildings to be able to accommodate a wide variety of changing needs
